15-Day Return Policy
At Circle Three Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
• Certain items are not returnable and are marked accordingly in their product description.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@CircleThreeDesigns.com to initiate a return request.  Please include your web order number.
2. Our team will provide a return authorization form and instructions for shipping the item back.
3. Pack the item securely and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
4. Ship the item to the return address provided.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• If exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement upon receipt and approval of the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return. We always suggest insuring the product with the carrier. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
