Pedalboards

Every road case by Circle Three Designs is custom built to the customer’s and product’s exact needs and specifications.  Balancing light-weight & maneuverability with ruggedness & durability ensures the best overall product.  This falls into decisions when determining ply thickness as well as foam type and density.  Undercutting costs is never considered when designing and building a case.  The tongue & groove aluminum extrusion is welded together to help create a durable and strong road case.  Pride in craftsmanship and engineering ensures the best possible case to transport your product.

Every pedalboard case is custom built to the customers exact specifications. We can install handles, power, additional tiers and aluminum U channel around the edges of the board.  The cases themselves can have corner casters, a telescoping handle, and accessory cavities.  We have made pedal board vaults similar to the keyboard vaults in order to keep all the boards in one easy to manage road case.

Stock pedalboards have the following features:
- Board is made out of 1/2” Russian birch ply with black phenolic resin on both sides.-
- The phenolic resin allows you to use industrial Velcro or 3M Dual Lock to attach the units to the board itself and reposition them. With a plain plywood board, the face of the board will splinter when you rip the Velcro off.
- 2 handles that sit on top of the aluminum U-channel.
- 4 low profile rubber feet on the bottom of the board.
